The team in Washington has been processing and providing quality seafood to the community since 1972.

Since the beginning, the business has been family owned and operated.

The founders were focused on offering fresh fish, crabs, shrimp and oysters, locally caught by small fishing companies of 1 or 2 vessels, ensuring superior product always reached their customers’ plates.

Fast forward half a century, Washington Crab is still working with local fishermen, but is spreading NC seafood beyond our coast. We operate a retail store in little Washington, a counter-service restaurant, 3-4 farmer’s markets in the Raleigh triangle, wholesale to businesses, and offer next day delivery via UPS!
