HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK??

Orders must be placed by 1 pm to ship on the same day. All orders after 1 pm will be processed and sent the following day.

Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. Pink region is 1 day shipping, blue region is 2 day shipping (see below). These are estimates, not guarantees. If you need the seafood for a specific event give yourself a day of flexibility.

Shipping charges are based on weight, size, and delivery address. Rates are calculated during checkout. We understand no one likes to pay shipping! But, our rates are typically much cheaper in terms of time and gas $$$ than heading to the coast to get your own seafood.

We limit travel time to 2 DAYS to ensure temperature control and quality of the seafood. We can not ship on the weekend or over holidays.

We only ship to region 1 and 2 via the website. Unfortunately, if you live in the western United States, we don’t have a cost effective way to ship to you. Feel free to call us to receive a custom shipping quote.

If you select in-store pickup, your order will be ready for pick up in a box/cooler just like a shipped order. Call us at 252-946-5796 if you would like a traditional in-store pickup (cheaper option as you are not paying for packaging material).
